Evaluation

Evaluation Everything we worked on and all the little ideas we had started off with, had been developed and worked on to create this final production. Our main focus for the scenes was to react to everything being said in the play and to also to strip away any 'pretty crying/screaming', and the fear of showing raw emotion. I believe that was our strength throughout the entire play. We could have worked on constantly keeping the energy up and working on some cues to create an organic flow. In the first scene, I noticed that in the video my voice was not as projected as I wanted it to be, i should speak towards the audience more and not downwards. Jaychelle who plays Haleema projected her voice and the emotion in it very well. I also picked up that Georgina who plays Ruhab, says her first lines as if she is reading, maybe it is because her character is supposed to be girly and proper. Some cues appear rehearsed and not natural in the first scene. I was able to make the audience...
